After dinner , I came out of the bathroom freshly showared in jeans and a T-shirt. I held a bag of toiletries in my hand and was making my way down the darkened hall toward the guest bedroom. I took a step, then hesitated. There was a shuffling behind me, but it stopped the same time I did. I spun around. Justin stood in the darkness.
